Keeping oneself clean

Another cloudy start to the day but suppose to brighten up later, an early start over the Nash area of Newport these two swans were on the side if a reen having a good wash and brush up.
The start if a busy day, the gym first, then we have our monthly community meal at the Salvation Army here in Newport, the idea is for those people on there own and the homeless to have fellowship with one and other.
