Perfection

How beautiful is a rose....
It's been a great Saturday...an early start to the annual church fete where I sold many raffle tickets for one of hubby T's paintings (with the help of cups of coffee..pancakes..cupcakes, for sustenance)
And this afternoon I joined a women's card group in our village where I learnt how to play Canasta. I am hooked - I thoroughly enjoyed it - not only the cards, but also the company, the local village gossip(!!!), the tea and cake, and ending with a glass of wine!
Not a good day for the diet, but so what!!
