day of sport

I started the day with a training run while A took the children for a swim. When I got back, A headed out for a bike ride. After all the activity, flaking out in front of the Olympics was a joy. And a bonus of a meal out with Ju, Vic, Emma, Jon and all the children in a restaurant with a very well stocked craft table which made childcare duties far easier.
