Over 5 years after the quakes and so much of the city is at a stand still.
This is the side of the old Penny-Lane store that backs onto Sole-Square.
A once very happening place to be seen. It has been gutted no so long ago by fire as so many disused buildings do here.
It is hard to see such prime sites wasting away.
