The old gate

Wooden gates like this are scattered far and wide in New Zealand, old gates like this is where dreams were made, plans hatched, Kids sat  and climbed on them and often one would just lean on one and think about nothing, staring off into the paddock or the distance and enjoy a moment of peace. We purchased a week of Sky Television today so we could see the Olympics, our coverage on Free to Air is absolutely Appalling as the Born out of Wedlock people at Sky are holding the country to ransom. Watched some good exciting events today. 100m Pharmaceutical Heats, 800m, 10.000m I will bite my tongue about Doping and wait until they are caught out.Long Jump and Triple Jump was quite exciting. The most exciting race was Mahe Drysdale in the Single Scull final it was the thickness of a hair between Gold and Silver and come down to a Photo Finish to decide Mahe won his 3rd Olympic Single Sculls Gold Medal.
