Altar candles

Somehow, we have an unusual altar candles size, and our artisan candle maker is no longer in operation.
My warden showed me the dimensions that she had written on a lolly bag, and challenged me to see if I could find an alternate supplier.

How come candlesticks don't come in standard sizes??? Who needs these extra complications that have zero result on worship, but will take up several (wo)man hours to resolve??
