Lip smackingly good .... whatever it was!

A visit to Aberfoyle this afternoon to catch up with my canine companion from earlier in the summer, not forgetting his mum who very kindly gave me lunch before we set off for walk.

Busy now watching the Olympics .... Max Whitlock winning gold in the gymnastics floor routine, Justin Rose winning gold in the golf and I don't think that;s the last gold for today ... the is a certainty in cycling and perhaps the sailing .... WOW!  Well done team GB.
