Sunrise over Rosedene

Had a mini IT detox (sort of) over the last few days, so will need a blip catch up.

Rosedene, a Chartist Cottage in Worcestershire (National Trust).
No wifi, no TV and barely enough mobile signal on my network to allow an occasional message to waft in. (pity the works mobile worked just fine!)

Not hot on mod-cons either - the kitchen (such as it is) is in the old pig stye / barn and consists of two hot rings, a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, whilst the toilet and shower are 30 yards down the drive! A fantastic place that I love! Full of character! A great place to get away.

Here, after being woken by the first rays of sunshine through the window at 6.20am, it was time to grab the camera. This would be about 7.00am when the sun had finally made it over the horizon.
