Fizzing

Active day. Stayed up late, not just for the fireworks but also for Mo Farrah's win. Then young church, hours in the garden digging, pruning, chopping. Then a visit to my blind aunt to celebrate her 91st birthday, then back to the garden until the light faded and the midgies became dominant.

Had the luxury of modern technology to allow me to sit in the garden while watching the olympics on my iPad. Finally, sorting out papers for the launch of our recruitment campaign tomorrow in Glasgow; and labelling the mango chilli chutney I made during the day.
