Woom Bike

366 Project for 8/14/16. I ran up on the coolest little toddler bike yesterday it is called a Woom Bike, and there are no pedals. It allows toddlers to learn about balance on a bike without worrying about pedals until they are ready to move up to pedals. Pretty cool.
