Wildflowers, mostly

Spent the afternoon at the allotment attacking the grass and the weeds. Not much else has flourished while we were away, apart from the spuds and the redcurrants. Not the best culinary combo there though! I don't grow any flowers but there are always lots growing wild so here's a selection. Plus a squash flower which I did plant.

This evening was a rare Fringe outing to see the re-formed Doug Anthony Allstars, back after twenty years or so. They were absolutely great but that was their last show so no point me recommending them. Unless they come your way of course, in which case make the effort!

Back home in time to see the final set of the tennis. Phew.
