Shield bug

Spoilt for choice for blips today.
Found this in the bowl of saskatoons I was about to mix with rhubarb to make jam but later decided to try out the old manual focus zoom lens.
Good results on a variety of subjects and a bee and a hoverfly were particularly pleasing.
Gardened, picked and ate various veg (and saved others), made bilberry summer puddings and enjoyed the sunshine.
This evening went for 6.5mile trail run with the club, a great evening for it.
