Tuesday Morning

Another gorgeous day in the Shire and this was the view from our bedroom first thing this morning.

Sad news greeted me at the club today. Lovely Jean B has died. She joined when I joined and reminded me of my Mum in so many ways.

Another member fell out of bed last and sustained a broken ankle and thumb so she wasn' t in today.

Other than that today was fantastic. A banjo/Guitar player entertained with songs from the likes of the Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly and Cliff Richard. 

Malcolm and Richard spontaneously sang the harmonies and backings and it was hilarious!!

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry today!

Been invited out to supper this evening.
