Sooth Voxter

A breezy day but packed with sunshine :)  There has been mist on the hills from time to time but never came down :)

I've been working in the museum office again today.  Working through a collection of slides from the 1950s and 60s, someone's holiday snaps to the isles.  I headed for a run at lunchtime and a chance to snap some photos.  Been out plenty in the sunshine this evening, and Sammy loved it too, although we didn't meet the pony from yesterday.  Off to work in the pub again tonight.

I had to head out west for some photos at lunchtime and spied these old crofts sitting on the side of the hill, sonI had to go investigate.  Two lovely old croft houses, one with a collapsed roof and the other used as a sheep byre.  Once again, my heart sank seeing them like this but it's the way nowadays.  Lovely spot and lovely views down over Gonfirth.  Taken at South Voxter.
