Sign of Spring

It only took a couple of days of warmer temperatures, and some sunshine, and the whole of the garden has just come to life.  These tiny miniature daffodils were just a few green strappy leaves 48 hours ago, and now there are about half a dozen flowers.

We had a little rain over night, but today has been absolutely gorgeous, and has set us up for more rain that is forecast to develop tomorrow.
I've lived here long enough to realise that every drop of rain we get at this time of year is like gold. 

So, in the garden, I sowed some seeds, did more weeding, and potted up some succulents.  And at the weekend I shall buy some more plants so we get some summer colour.  Such an exciting time of year, Spring.
