East Head

What fantastic weather! We've cycled alot these last two weeks clocking up over 100 miles.

It is amazing what countryside, wildlife and interesting people you can find/meet on two wheels.

My parents came down to see us at the caravan yesterday and we spent the day on West Wittering beach, which was extremely busy but we had a fantastic day, swimming, body boarding, building sandcastles and more . A great family day!
