Lights on

Little trip to Southend this  morning with my Dad so it was nice walking a different way to the shops instead of going along the seafront from the car. So we walked through the Cliff gardens and noticed this light which was a bit different from some of the others around - who needs light bulbs when the sun lights it up instead!!
