Just a Mo!

Out for an enjoyable 10K run/tour of Falmouth's beaches this morning - our apartment to Castle Beach to Gyllingvase Beach to Maenporth Beach and back. As I passed one family, the dad pointed out, rather astutely, that I was Mo Farah*.

Great sunny day today. Interrupted by clouds but not by rain.
