Lunch in the pub.

Today has been a bit soggy, unlike recent blue-sky sunny days. So, a lady friend and I decided to pop out to a pub lunch, to a pub neither of us had visited before. My choice, here, was a Halloumi and Couscous Salad. It was lovely! There were many other things on the menu that appealed to me, but I've put myself on a heart-friendly régime as I've no wish to have to repeat the recent cardiac surgery I had, at some future date. 
(I'm not promising to be 100 percent 'angelic' when it comes to eating, but I will do my best to look after the arteries MOST of the time.)
