Awful discovery.

Found a Japanese Knotweed plant growing at back of wilderness I call a garden. Pulled off this bit to make sure I was right and now worrying about what to do with my sample.

Tomorrow will try to dig up the massive roots and then burn it (already way over my head).

Internet says it is good to eat and shows picture like a basket of asparagus
