Hats on to Robbie

Lots of excitement in London with the Olympics and summer and what not. Lots of sculptures, installations, shows and exhibitions. But here is the weirdest thing I've seen to date. A statue of Robbie Burns in Embankment Gardens with what appears to be a large red cabbage on his head.
