The last medal.

So we are at the end of the Rio Games. And what a games it has been. We have been glued to the TV the past week or so enjoying the GB successes in so many sports. Quite amazing considering our efforts not that long ago. For me the story of the games would be Nick Skeltons Gold medal in the Show Jumping. It gives the over 50's something to think about!! So many outstanding performances from the extraordinary Gymnasts , the Rowers, the storming Cyclists, the Boxers , the Equestrians, the Track and Field the list is endless. I salute them ALL!!!!!
