Lyall

Paisley 10km race. We watched. Lyall and Caroline ran. And both did well. We also have two friends who completed ironman Copenhagen today in fantastic times. These over achievers... :-)
(We cycled to Paisley over back roads and farm tracks. Much fun, very little speed)
