Glut

Here we have 4.186kg bell peppers and 11.675kg Florini peppers along with 1L red pepper ketchup remaining from last year, another 1.85L left over from a batch I made in February when last year's plants were still fruiting, plus the 2.96L I made a week and a half ago from 5kg of freshly harvested fruit. I think therefore that today's almost 16kg would make something in excess of 9L were I not going to give the pretty ones away to our favourite taverna, along with excess cucumbers and aubergines.

The food processor packed up just after I made the last batch but a replacement is on order and I am expecting it to arrive hopefully on Tuesday.
