Riley

Continuing to enjoy more relaxing days now that all the visitors of the past week have departed. Leisurely morning doing the menus for next week and the shopping. I did pickle a few beetroot though, the beginning of which is in the extras. The beetroot had been roasted the night before and the pickiling vinegar made according to a recipe in Good Food Magazine.

A walk in the afternoon felt hard work but had its reward when we passed this old Riley. I've tried to find out more about it, but have been unsuccessful so far.
