Yoga Studio - Downward Dog!

My favorite yoga studio 2 hours east of me has the most adorable resident dog, who loves this really downward dog pose. She is lovely, and owned by the studio owner/instructor. We had a fun day, stopping at the half way point for a noon yoga session, fish & chips and a camping grocery shop. We arrived and had the tent and campsite set up by 5. The beaches were spectacular, looking forward to the weekend here. We zoomed off to another campground and hour away where my good friend S was staying with her sweetie. We had a fun visit and dinner then back to our campsite. After the line up for showers we were in bed by 11. So restful here.....
