nothing like the aromas of good ingredients, cooking excellent food ~ just discovered the Turkish spice of sumac, used in a marinade with sun-dried tomato paste & garlic & coating chicken pieces, then roasted to perfection & served with pilau rice ~ the smell is just wonderful ...
