Playtime!

A friend is running a course on colour mixing tomorrow (her first teaching session) and I went along to give it a go. She asked me to bring a natural object with lovely colours in it so I took along one of the Fife shells I found in my pocket. It was a fun hour or so looking closely at the shell then, using only three colours and white, mixing a combination of lights and darks that could be seen in the shell. for this sampler I used Crimson, cerulean and lemon yellow.
