Peppered Pickles

Peter Piper has got nothin' on my pickled peppers, even though I doubt I'll end up with a peck by the time I'm done.  The never-ending stream of pickled produce is rapidly filling my kitchen.  This time, I'm typing with burning hands, since I didn't bother to wear gloves while dicing a bunch of mostly mild peppers.  But the hot ones, that weren't supposed to be all that hot, really got to me.  It will be worth it, though, when they are ready to eat in a week or two.
