View from the window

Another beautiful start to the day blue sky, white fluffy clouds and warm already,
The people who live by here have a beautiful view from their windows this is just across the road from my lake out the Spytty area of Newport. Off to the gym now to soak my shoulders in the spa after my ultra scan last night.where they've found a tear in the tendon in the one and a frozen shoulder in the other.
