Dog dictionary. Posing- verb: to assume a particular stance, especially with the hope of being rewarded with a bone.

The girls posed well and were rewarded with several bones. They are always good for an emergency blip. We are giving them lots of extra hugs tonight as we leave tomorrow on our trip. Suitcases make them very nervous.
