Sanibel's Swing

Nine years ago a tornado touched down in our little town, and nine years ago Sanibel was born.   Those two things happened simultaneously, but thankfully not in the same place!
The swing was erected to commemorate the survival of the town after the tornado, but Sanibel thinks it is just for her.   She wanted to be sitting in it at the exact time of day she was born.
We had a great day celebrating her...lunch at her favorite restaurant, games at her house, and a watermelon and birthday cake with her presents!   
We feel so fortunate to have her in our lives!
