Supermarket scene

Nothing really to report about today, but a very enjoyable day nonetheless. A walk in the morning calling in at the supermarket (as you can see) for a few things for a hospital visit this afternoon, then on to Notcutts for a wedding present and coffee.

In the afternoon Susan went with her mum to visit a friend in hospital while I went to the gym. On the hottest day of the year the air con had failed which made it a more sweaty experience than usual.

As the weather was so nice we ate breakfast, lunch and supper outside, I wonder how many more times we will be able to do this this year. In the gathering dusk I popped up the allotment to try and repel the drought.
