Ting Kau Bridge

Wow, what a busy day today has been. Hot too.

Went up to Shenzhen with Jon today to get some stuff for uni made. This bridge is one of the two bridges we cross over in the New Territories to go north. I love suspension/cable stayed bridges, and this was taken from the top of a double decker bus, front seat too ;-).

We got to Sheung Shui, which is the last train station before China, and the tracks were having some issues. So we were delayed there for a bit with a gazillion people all keen to cross the border. It was insane and stinking hot, but we stuck with it, and finally got across the border around 2pm. Never seen anything like it.

Had a really good time with Jon up there and got what we needed done, and made some precious memories for me along the way.

Back to a wonderfully prepared meal by the man, which we were very grateful for.

More stuff ticked off the list.
