Apparently whisky isn't whisky until it's aged for a minimum of 3yrs and 1 day. So, England's only distillery hit on the idea of releasing their distilled but not yet aged spirit in 'chapters'. This is chapter 4. Tastes absolutely gorgeous, it's just a little pale.

They have now had fully aged whisky available for a while.

Tonight I have some cold germs who thought I 'd be a good host. As a good host I am sharing my chapter 4 with them!
