Low Tide

Today was better than yesterday, but not wonderful.

After lunch I spent a bit of time just enjoying the pleasant, late summer sunshine over in Kinghorn.

Good for the soul.

This evening I've made gazpacho and a tomato and lentil soup, both for the weekend.

Also good for the soul.
