Proms in the Park

Spent a great evening in Swanley Park for a free proms event. We were entertained by the Rock Choir, followed by the Eynsford Concert Band. The highlight was their performance of the 1812 overture accompanied by a magnificent firework display over the. Lake, complete with cannon fire. The. Finale was a rendition of Jerusalem' followed by Land of Hope and Glory with more fireworks.

Wonderful to see so many people picnicing, with their bottles of bubbly, and enjoying the warm summer evening.
