Summer in the city.

Busy busy day today. First of all it was a beautiful late summer's day with golden light and mistiness, so we decided to go out on a bike ride. Twenty miles near enough and a good time too.
This evening we went into Birmingham to see the first concert by the CBSO under their new conductor Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla. No idea how you pronounce that.
It was amazing . She is amazing. Small, young petite and incredibly dynamic with a very flamboyant conducting style.
