Yesska and I had the day off to pick up our Pride wristbands before the masses arrived. We had an epic brunch of Mexican-style hash at Home Sweet Home in the NQ and bought tonnes of stuff; two new tops from Oasis, Adidas Gazelles, trousers and glue for my fossils :) We met up with our friends and watched Sophie Ellis Bextor (who was ace) and chavtastic Tulisa. We were so close we could see the Botox. Yesska disappeared. We found her outside the chippy, distraught because she'd dropped her battered sausage on the floor. I took her back to the car and she kept shouting "chips" at strangers. She insisted on riding on the back seat of the car, vying for space with the ramp we bought to get the dog in and out. Now she's asleep on the settee with a blankie. It was a miracle that we got home with all purses, phones and house keys intact. Looking forward to round two tomorrow!
