Cake at the gym

My lovely trainer and his manager. It was Ahmed's last day today. He's worked long and hard to save money so he can change jobs and study accounting. Not an easy thing to do here, and he'll continue to work a second job but at least his new day job will allow for a couple of extra hours sleep - a 9am start instead of 6am.

Very grateful to him for teaching me how to use a gym, and for training me, and with me. It's helped keep me physically and mentally fit in this overwhelming city with my crazy job.

The cake was a small thank you gesture from me, unfortunately I think he'll remember that more than all the English I tried to help him with...
