Garden Symmetry

A lovely day out today with Maria and the children, we went for a visit to Belton House, it is a beautiful historic house with an excellent childrens adventure park. The thunder rumbled around a bit and we had a very heavy burst of rain but we didn't get to wet!

Oliver and I went on the miniture railway in the adventure park, he was very grown up and paid my fare and gave me my ticket - it was great fun!

This is a view of the gardens at the back of the house I loved the neatness and symmetry of them, with a lovely smell of lavender.
