Marika

Previously my 'colleagues' series of pics have all been done in mono. But I felt I had to break that pattern in order to do justice to Marika's rather wonderful hair.
She's only fairly recently joined the company, but an Antipodean combination of affability & straight-talking means she's settling in just fine.
