The Nectar Zone

I had double trouble trying to get to sleep last night.  My feet were twitchy and also burning up from the inside, so I took a paracetamol to calm the twitching and went down to the freezer for an icepack, which I put between my feet.  I must have settled down eventually.  Next door's lights were still on at 1 a.m. so I expect they were wide awake having not long come back from the Caribbean, which is four hours behind.

I have been taking pictures of the butterflies on the buddleia and trying to photograph a hornet which is snatching them off the flowers as they are feeding, but they're too quick for me.  It isn't something I've seen before.

Now I need to change before going over to friends for a cream tea.  Yummy!
