The Drago Tree

In the West of Tenerife in the village of Icod de Los Vinos is a 1000 year old tree called the Drago tree - it made me think of a cross between the forests in "Avatar" and the Whomping Willow in Harry Potter.

The drive there was hairy to say the least - the sat nav took me down the steepest, windyest, narrowest road, which then turned into a rocky path, so I had to somehow turn the car round and go back up the hill. The better route was still a very steep road with some of the tightest hairpin bends I've ever seen, but at least it was all tarmaced!
