A nationwide sporting event, to celebrate Team GB's success at the Olympics. Encouraging us all to get active. Lots of free events taking place all over the UK.

ITV stopped broadcasting on all seven channels from 9.30 - 10.30am, with a message on screen saying "We've gone running, why don't you join us?"
