This is the first Monarch Butterfly I have seen visiting my garden and laying eggs to start the new cycle this season.
It will have overwintered in a nearby tree and now that spring is in the air, nature’s clock continues to work.
 
I have tagged this photo so it is kept with the other monarch butterfly photos I have already uploaded to blip.
 
Thank you for all the wonderful stars and hearts for my last two blips. I know both photos were taken at sunrise, but they are so different and I am pleased you like them both. I will continue catching up with your journals tomorrow.
