All Day Yoga Retreat...ommmmm

Had a lovely day in the beautiful lakeside town of Cobourg on Lake Ontario! It was a full, very full, day at a yoga retreat. Smoothies, a walk and 3 classes in the morning (hatha flow, barre and arial) followed by a plant based lunch, hand massages, kirtan, restorative and nidra yogas and ended with nummy vegan desserts. The adorable sleeping puppy named Zoya on the far left of the large photo joined us for the day as his master owns the studio. She showed us the right way to do downward dog and hiw to rest. Unfortunately this fabulous retreat was 2 hours away by car, i left at 7 a.m. My sweetie attended a 70th birthday party for his coxswain and i stopped by to collect him on my way home. I stayed for an hour to visit and have cake. Bed just before midnight, and on a work night...i was exhausted, but in a good way!
