Tiny Brambles

Some  of these are actually a decent size but on the whole, this years crop are really small.

After a weird day at work - more on the things that weren't done and what could I do to stop people not doing things - I needed a bit of time out.

So I went bramble picking.  G likes a bit of fruit with her morning muesli ("das Müsli" if you're interested) and I can utilise my height to pick the ones that most people can't reach.  And it has to be said the ones higher up tend to be the bigger ones.

Another bonus of going to do this was being out in the fields in sunshine and meeting no-one.  A blissful hour or so.  I should do that more often.  Stop trying just to get home and get out and walk some more.
