The visitor

Our old friend Mr Brock is back again. After a long gap, he came foraging on the patio last night, and was back again tonight. In past years we have had a family of them come visiting, up to five at a time. Hopefully he'll become a regular visitor again, now that he has discovered Badgers' Diner under the watchful eye of our Pointer, who quivers with excitement at the sight of our wild friend just outside the French windows, but wisely stays completely quiet. Badgers have poor eyesight but a keen sense of smell and very sharp hearing.
