Yum

Juggling loads of overlapping meetings today but they went better than I'd expected, then home and another visit to Norn. As always, very delicious and each dish made up of little bursts of unusual flavours. This dessert was chocolate, blackberries three ways, white currants, meringue shards and little bits of delicious green purée (that we couldn't work out out what it was!) All dusted with powdered bay
And the staff all look to be in their early 20s, including the owner.....how do they do it?!
